JLPinnix to Provide PowerPoint Support for Springboard 2000 Conference
The Center for Women & Enterprise and the National Women's Business Council have selected JLPinnix to provide PowerPoint support for their Springboard 2000New England, a Women's Venture Capital Forum, on November 3, 2000 at Harvard Business School.
Springboard 2000New England is part of a national initiative designed to increase the investment channels for women entrepreneurs and facilitate investments in women-led firms by venture capital, angel and corporate investors across the United States.
The event will attract entrepreneurs and investors throughout the New England region. Women entrepreneurs, hand-picked by a committee of leading venture capitalists and service providers, will be rigorously screened for an aggressive, growth oriented business plan, a talented management team, large target markets and a clear competitive advantage. At the forum, each participant will present a short summary of her business plan and will be given the opportunity to meet with investors in a one-on one setting.

MassAV Launches New Website Revamped by JLPinnix
In September, Mass Audio Visual, New England's largest provider of audio visual equipment rental and technical support, launched its new web site revamped by JLPinnix. The site was revamped to facilitate viewer interest and provide massAV clients with quick access to the information they need in selecting an audio visual resource. The site features, among other things, improved navigation, pop-up windows, an intro and demonstration prepared in Macromedia Flash, and quick access to news and information on client events supported by massAV.
According to Chris Gasbarro, Marketing Manager for massAV, "with the enhancements added to our site by JLPinnix, massAV has entered the 21st century."

In September, 2000, The RDW Group and JLPinnix joined forces to prepare more than 20 PowerPoint presentations for the Interbank Capital Partners "Controlled GrowthPartners for Success" National Meeting in Palm Beach, Florida.

Spray Ventures Partners Selects JLPinnix for Web Site Redesign
Spray Venture Partners, a Boston-based venture capital firm that contributes capital and industry expertise to emerging medical technology companies, has selected JLPinnix to redesign its company web site.
The new site, to be launched in early November, will feature an enhanced graphical design, improved organization and navigation, a java-based ticker tape scroll with pop-up windows on the home page, quick access to information on Spray Venture's portfolio of companies, and a news and information page (with pop-up windows) where visitors can read about recent company activities.

CSC and JLPinnix Collaborate on Interactive Training Project for Schlumberger Limited
The Consulting Group of Computer Sciences Corporation and JLPinnix have joined forces to prepare a modular Interactive Training Program in Macromedia Flash that will be utilized by more than 20,000 employees worldwide of Schlumberger Limited. This Web and CD-based training program will provide instruction on the use of Schlumberger's new InTouchSupport.com on-line support and knowledge management system.
Using InTouchSupport.com, Schlumberger's Oilfield Services InTouch Engineers will be better equipped to accumulate, maintain, and deliver reliable information in a timely manner, and act as world-wide brokers for knowledge management. Their field personnel will be better equipped to obtain immediate information and expert advice, 24 hours a day, and from wherever they are.

CSC Development & Learning Group Selects JLPinnix
The Development & Learning Group for the Consulting Group of Computer Sciences Corporation has selected JLPinnix for several professional development projects requiring instructional design support and a series of Web and CD-based training tools in Macromedia Flash. The OneSource Information Services Summer Sales Rally and All Hands Meeting, held July 17-21, 2000 in Danvers, MA. was a major success thanks to the PowerPoint support provided by JLPinnix. JLPinnix Selected for Web Design by Renown Sports and Entertainment Management Firm
A Los Angeles based Sports and Entertainment Management company, Nixon & Associates, has selected JLPinnix to design a new high profile, high impact web site. The firm is owned by former Los Angeles Laker and NBA Allstar, Norman Nixon.
Nixon & Associates, who represents among others, Peter Warrick, the fourth player selected in the recent NFL draft by the Cincinnati Bengals, has managed the careers of numerous professional athletes most notably Jalen Rose (Indiana Pacers), Samaki Walker (San Antonio Spurs, Gary Grant (Portland Trail Blazers), Larry Smith (Jacksonville Jaguars), and Maurice Taylor (L.A. Clippers).

JLPinnix and Harpell/Martins & Co Join Forces to Promote Large Real Estate Project
JLPinnix was selected by Harpell/Martins & Co., one of the fastest growing integrated marketing organizations in New England, to assist in their development of a series of marketing initiatives to promote the sale of a 228,601 square foot, thirteen story, class "A"office building located in the prestigious Back Bay district of Boston, Massachusetts on behalf of Peracon, Inc. CSC Extends Corporate Partnership Agreement with JLPinnix
The Consulting Group of Computer Sciences Corporation has inked a new Corporate Partnership Agreement with JLPinnix. The new agreement which becomes effective May 1, 2000, extends the graphic design support that JLPinnix has been providing CSC since 1998. Under the agreement, JLPinnix will continue to provide highly skilled graphic design professionals working full-time at Consulting Group sites.
