MountainTop Technologies
Inc. ("MTT"), a recognized leader in the development, delivery,

support on a variety of web-based military training projects.
MTT has been selected by the Pennsylvania Army National Guard to manage
and operate National Guard Distance Learning centers throughout the
Commonwealth. Partnered with leading educational institutions and training
organizations in Pennsylvania, MTT is developing and delivering information
technology applications training and a wide variety of private and public
specialized learning programs, ranging from workforce development to
college credit courses, all deliverable through the National Guard Distance
Learning network on a shared usage basis.

Contract with Professional Services Firm
One of the nation's leading professional services firms has inked a
contract for graphic design support with LuxorMedia. Under the contract,
LuxorMedia will provide the company with a wide array of graphic
design and multimedia services, including template designs, presentation
and proposal support, and Flash-based multimedia.
LuxorMedia has already participated with this professional services firm on a number
of important projects. This agreement calls for a combination of
"as needed" on-site and off-site support.

Hollywood Icon Selects
LuxorMedia for New Web Site
Actor, director, dancer/choreographer and singer, Debbie
Allen has selected LuxorMedia to design a new web site for the
Debbie Allen Dance Academy in Los Angeles, California. Ms. Allen holds
the distinction of having choreographed the Academy Awards for five
consecutive years. She collaborated with James Ingram to create "Brothers
of the Knight" which played at the prestigious Kennedy Center in Washington,
DC in the spring of 1998.
Ms. Allen received international recognition as producer of Steven
Spielberg's breathtaking movie "Amistad." As an actress, she received
three Emmy Award nominations and one Golden Globe for her role as Lydia
Grant in "Fame." She also received favorable notices for her role as
Deloris Jordan in Fox Family Channels "Michael Jordan: An American Hero"
and as Richard Pryor's feisty wife in the semi-autobiographical film
"Jo Jo Dancer, Your Life is Calling." Recently, she directed the Martin
Luther King special, entitled "One Day" for the Disney Channel as well
as the critically acclaimed "Linc's Place" for Showtime.

and LuxorMedia are collaborating on the redesign of a Web site for Algonet,
LLC. The new site will feature an enhanced graphical design, improved
